Mixed Level Flow

Monday 5:45pm

All classes at Indigo Crow Yoga work to integrate breath and movement, improve focus and concentration. This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. Poses are offered with lots of opportunity to personalize; making this class ideal for all levels. Experienced yogis can deepen and explore while new yogis can grow and expand.

Rebel Yoga

Wednesday 5:45pm

This flow class centers around strength, control and precision, with a diversity of poses and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from experienced-beginner to advanced. Find strength while remaining mindful in each movement. The class is set to rock music, which may contain explicit lyrics. Uptight people and those interested in a "traditional" yoga class may wish to explore alternate options.

Anything Goes - Intro

Wednesday 7:05pm

Created with the beginner in mind, this class works to educate students of all levels in various yoga disciplines and ideals in a lighthearted and sometimes boisterous way. Unlike most classes, "anything goes" encourages students to ask questions throughout practice.

Slow Flow

Thursday 5:45pm

Focus on the present moment. Students leave feeling more relaxed and less distracted by their fleeting thoughts, demonstrating an enhanced ability to solve problems and recall information better. The poses in this class move more slowly and focus on relaxation and stretching. There are fewer transitions from the floor to standing, making the practice more accessible to students with knee and joint concerns.
