Suitable for beginners, poses are offered with lots of opportunities to personalize; making this class ideal for all levels. All classes at Indigo Crow Yoga work to integrate breath and movement, improve focus and concentration. This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together.
Created with the beginner in mind, this class works to educate students of all levels in various yoga disciplines and ideals in a lighthearted and sometimes boisterous way. Unlike most classes, "anything goes" encourages students to ask questions throughout practice.
This flow class centers around strength, control and precision, with a diversity of poses and modifications to adapt
for experienced-beginner to advanced. Find strength while remaining mindful in each movement. The class is set to rock music, which may contain explicit lyrics. Uptight people and those interested in a "traditional" yoga class may wish
to explore alternate options. Some previous yoga suggested.
Focus on the present moment and leave feeling relaxed
and less distracted by fleeting thoughts. This class moves
slower, focusing on relaxation and stretching with fewer transitions from the floor, making it accessible to
students with knee and joint concerns. Suitable for beginners.
