All classes are just Yoga
—no labels, no pressure.

Every class is shaped around the people in the room and is suitable for most levels of experience. You can move at your own pace and make it your own. Students should be able to comfortably move from the floor to standing. You don’t need to be super fit—but you should be able to get up, get down, and move around a bit.

Our mixed-level class is all about moving at your own pace—no need to touch your toes or perfect every pose! It’s designed for all levels, with options to adjust poses so you can make the practice your own. While it’s not focused on balancing on one leg or mastering advanced poses, it’s all about building strength, flexibility, and body awareness. You’ll be guided to move in a way that feels right for you, while integrating breath and movement to improve focus and concentration. This class also includes breathing techniques and meditation, key aspects of traditional yoga practice that aren't always offered elsewhere. It’s a great opportunity to nurture your mental and physical well-being in a fun and accessible way.

This flow class centers around strength, control and precision, with a diversity of poses and modifications to adapt
for experienced-beginner to advanced. Find strength while remaining mindful in each movement. The class is set to rock music, which may contain explicit lyrics. Uptight people and those interested in a "traditional" yoga class may wish to explore alternate options.
Some previous yoga suggested. The class alternates with other special sessions, please verify the schedule in advance.

Last Wednesday - 5:45pm

Imagine a space where time slows down, every breath feels intentional, and stillness invites your body and mind to unwind. Our Inner Light session, inspired by restorative yoga, offers supported poses, gentle stretches, and guided breathing to help you relax and reconnect. The experience ends with a blissful sound bath, using soothing tones to create deep calm. Bring cozy comforts like blankets, warm socks, or personal mementos to enhance your peace. A touch of essential oils will be offered, but please keep any personal scents subtle. Smokers, we kindly ask that you refrain from attending directly after smoking as a courtesy to fellow students.

This unique session is $10 and free for unlimited package holders.
Pre-registration is encouraged due to limited space.

Join us for this fun, BYOB class where yoga meets a laid-back vibe! This mixed-level class is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy yoga without taking it too seriously. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, you'll find plenty of ways to make the practice your own. There’s no pressure to be perfect—just come ready to stretch, laugh, and enjoy a good time! Students are encouraged to "hydrate as needed," and many bring adult beverages to share while the studio provides water for everyone, so no one feels left out. It’s the perfect blend of relaxation, fun, and community. Come unwind, have a drink, and get your yoga on!
