Yes, you can borrow or mat or purchase one. Our entry level Hugger Mugger and Gaim mats cost less than $30 and will last much longer than cheaper mats.

The studio temperature is around 74deg.

Please arrive 10 minutes early, but late happens! Please join us, but remove jackets, shoes etc. outside the studio space. When you come in quietly (!!!) unroll your mat and jump right in.
