Class Descriptions

Most of our classes are beginner-friendly (no need to touch your toes—we’ll work up to that). Every class is shaped by who shows up, so it’s never the same twice. If you’re brand new to yoga, you’ll feel welcome from the start, and if you’ve been practicing for years, you’ll still find fresh challenges and new ways to move. We’ll always give you options to adapt the poses—because some days you feel like a warrior, and other days you feel more like a nap.
Either way, we’ve got you.

Just Regular Yoga

Mon. Tues. Thurs. | 5:45pm

Our mixed-level class is all about moving at your own pace—no pretzel shapes or Instagram-perfect poses required. Whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years, you’ll find plenty of options to adjust each pose so your practice fits your body and your mood. We’ll focus on building strength, flexibility, and body awareness without getting hung up on advanced tricks. Along the way, you’ll learn to connect breath and movement, sharpen focus, and maybe even surprise yourself. Breathing techniques and meditation are woven in too—because yoga isn’t just about the stretch, it’s about the reset.

Rebel Yoga

Wednesdays | 5:45pm

Think of this class as yoga with a little edge. It’s strength, control, and precision with plenty of modifications, whether you’re an experienced beginner or a long-time yogi. Expect to build heat and focus while moving mindfully—set to a rock playlist that doesn’t shy away from the occasional explicit lyric. (If you’re looking for a soft, traditional yoga class, this may not be your jam—and that’s okay.) A little yoga experience is suggested.
The class alternates with special sessions, so double-check the schedule before you roll out your mat.

Yoga Happy Hour (BYOB)

Last Wednesday | 5:45pm

Yoga + good vibes + your favorite drink = the ultimate midweek reset. This mixed-level class is playful, social, and zero-pressure. Newbies and seasoned yogis alike will find plenty of ways to adapt the practice, and nobody cares if you wobble or laugh along the way. Students often bring adult beverages to sip and share (water’s always on hand too, so everyone’s included). It’s yoga with a wink—come stretch, sip, and enjoy community in a laid-back setting.

Inner Light
(Restore & Soundbath)

2nd Wednesday | 5:45pm

Imagine a space where time slows down, every breath feels intentional, and stillness invites your body and mind to unwind. Our Inner Light session, inspired by restorative yoga, offers supported poses, gentle stretches, and guided breathing to help you relax and reconnect. The experience ends with a blissful sound bath to create deep calm. Bring cozy comforts like  warm socks or personal mementos to enhance your peace. A touch of essential oils may be offered, but please keep any personal scents subtle. Smokers, we kindly ask that you refrain directly after smoking as a courtesy to fellow students.

This unique session is $10
and free for unlimited package holders.
